Order acceptance and cancellation

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

• We are unable to verify your billing information or your order information
• We suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms of Sale
• The product is out of stock or has been discontinued
• We are unable to deliver the product to your shipping address

Cancellation by you: You may cancel your order if:

• The product has not yet been shipped
• The cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euros and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders at any time. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment method) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes and shipping fees relating to your order.

Product availability and delivery

All products are subject to availability. We will use our best efforts to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee the availability or delivery of any product. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or for non-delivery of any product caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters.

Free Shipping when ordering 250€ or more in the following countries: Belgium, France, Spain, Luxemburg, The Netherlands & Germany.

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any product purchased on our website is limited to the purchase price of the product.
